2Schedule Collection & Delivery
We will notify you 2 days in advance
of our first available date and 3-hour time slot.
You can accept it or reject it if it’s not convenient.
Once you agree on the collection & delivery day and time slot,
we will allocate your job to one of our experienced drivers.
3 Collection
On the agreed day, our driver will arrive at the collection address
at the agreed time.
30 minutes before arrival you should get SMS with tracing link.
On arrival he will load and secure your item(s) for transportation.
*Please note, if your goods are too big or too heavy for our driver to carry by himself you will need to arrange help.


4 Delivery
On the agreed day, our driver will arrive at the delivery address
at the agreed time.
30 minutes before arrival you should get SMS with tracing link.
After the driver has unloaded your item(s), please check that the packing is firm and intact and sign the paperwork to accept delivery.
*Please note, if your goods are too big or too heavy for our driver to carry by himself, you will need to arrange help.
